Baked salmon and grapefruit salad always make a perfect combination. Salmon contains low saturated fat and is a good source of protein. It contains vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, which are difficult to find in other foods. Grapefruit is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and a good amount of fiber that is needed for our body. Baked salmon with grapefruit is a healthy and nutritious food. It is luscious when it is both warm and cool. It does not take much time to prepare it. So, it can be one of the healthy meals perfect for hot summer months. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook.
- 2 skinless fillets of wild salmon, 5 ounces each
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 2 thinly sliced avacado
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 cups of tender greens
- 1 fresh lime
STEP 1: Take 2 skinless fillets of wild salmon into a baking tray
STEP 2: Drizzle olive oil on top of 2 salmon pieces
STEP 3: Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pepper to it
STEP 4: Now bake the salmon at 375°C for 10-12 minutes
STEP 5: [grapefruit salad] Slice the grapefruit into small pieces by removing the peel
STEP 6: Add tender greens to the grapefruit
STEP 7: season the salad with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper
STEP 8: Add 1 to 2 sliced avocado to it.
STEP 9: Drizzle a little bit of lime juice on top of the grapefruit salad and your grapefruit salad is done.
STEP 10: After it is nicely baked, place the salmon onto the grapefruit salad plate, and serve
